We do not soak the hands or feet due to the fact that bacteria grows in a warm, moist environment. It is very difficult to prevent bacteria from growing in the basins that are used for soaking feet. We do utilize warm, moist towels to cleanse and remove our exfoliating scrub, however the towels are used once and immediately laundered. This prevents the growth of any bacteria.
